Only the participants who have received a confirmation mail from the web admin or controlz.bits[AT]gmail.com are confirmed participants eligible to attend APOGEE 2010.

Co-Authors of a selected paper for Paper presentation, or team members of a team finalized for any event during APOGEE may not have received the mail but are confirmed participants. Kindly contact your paper's Author / Team Leader and fill in the RSVP asap.

In case you/your team has been finalized for any event, and yet you/Author/Team Leader has not received the confirmation email, contact Parth +91 9636026846.

Authors/Co-Authors for Paper presentation cannot be changed. Contact Department of PEP during the fest for corrections in names, spellings etc

The results and final round schedule for Paper presentation are uploaded on the website (check the Paper Presentation tab on the left) as well as mailed with other details to the respective Authors. Participants are requested to go through this information.

Participants have to take note that they have to bring the following documents and details, and produce the same when requested:

1. College ID Card OR Bonafide Certificate

2. Two Passport size photos

3. Account No, Bank IPSC Code for the Prize Money

All participants will be provided with accommodation on campus and the charges will be covered in the Rs 550 registration fee. A caution deposit of Rs 200 will be charged for accommodation. This caution deposit is refundable.

Food charges are not included in this fee. Meal coupons for food in the mess will be sold at the Controlz Booth.

Once registered for APOGEE, participants (including Paper presentation finalists) are free to take part in all on-the-spot registration events.

After coming on campus, participants have to obtain their ID cards from the Firewallz Booth, register at the Controlz Booth and the get their accommodation from the Reception and Accommodation Booth.

Registration process will start from 0900 Hrs 10th March; Accommodation facilities will be provided from 0900 Hrs 10th March till 0900 Hrs 15th March 2010. Participants however, are not obliged to be present on all days.

APOGEE also allows day participation. Interested people may register as Day Participants by paying the registration fee of Rs 150, and will be eligible to participate in all on-the-spot registration events held that day. Please note that accommodation will not be provided for Day Participants.
