Accommodation Rules

Following are the details regarding your accommodation in BITS,Pilani during APOGEE 2010.

>> Day participants will not be provided accommodation.

>> Refundable caution deposit of Rs.200/- per participant shall be charged.

>> Free lodging will be provided for all the participants. Accommodation will be made available in the hostel common rooms and staff quarters.

>> Required accessories, per common room/staff quarter basis, will be provided at rooms beforehand itself.

>> If any of the items provided in common rooms,is found damaged or misplaced,participants will be charged accordingly.

>> Accommodation facilities will be provided from 0900 Hrs 10th March till 0900 Hrs 15th March 2010. Hence teams should make their arrangements accordingly.

>> The decision of the organizers will be final and binding.

Hospitality
There will be a Hospitality counter open 24 hours at the "Reception & Accommodation" booth to help you with further queries once you have arrived on campus.
