Day Registration

Following are the details regarding day participation in BITS,Pilani during APOGEE 2010:

1)Participants are required to report to the Department of Controlz on their arrival at BITS, Pilani, They are required to bring the following in order to register and participate in events:
- College identity card of each participant. (If not available, a bona fide certificate of the student)
- Two passport/stamp size photographs of each participant.

2)Security ID cards (to be carried at all times during the fest) shall be issued from Firewallz after registration is completed.

3)The registration amount for day participation is Rs 150 which would entitle a participant to participate in all the events (without any prerequisites) happening on that particular day of the fest.

All of the above components are mandatory and participants are permitted to remain on campus and compete in events only after completing them.

Note:

□ Charges for workshops are separate.
□ There is no online registration for day participation.
□ There shall be no accommodation of any kind provided to day participants.
□ Anyone found violating the above shall be subject to action. The decision of the Department of Controlz shall be final and binding in this regard.
